The Strategic Organizing Center approached our team seeking out a re-naming and re-branding process for one of their awareness campaigns for Amazon warehouse employees seeking safer working conditions. I led and executed the visual identity portion of this project with the added request to build the identity using the SOC’s existing brand.

Inspiration
Collective worker power inspired this visual identity direction. I took a lot of inspiration from organizing posters, including the famous “Don’t Panic—Organize!”. The imagery of “the collective” led to the dot matrix visual that forms UNITED and appears throughout the final collateral.
