As The Smoke Clears
The small village of Solvay has a long blue-collar history mostly unknown to the Syracuse University students living just a few miles away. Molly Gibbs decided to document this history and asked for my help in packaging her words and photography. This 74-page book features her beautiful photography and in-depth storytelling along with an illustrated map of Solvay and handwritten title treatments reflecting the village’s rustic landscapes.
